Based in Bath, Wiltshire, Dorset and Gloucestershire,  you will get to know our friendly and approachable Directors Sally, Samantha and our team including Tax and HR specialists, Investors, Project Managers, and Communication and Creative specialists. 

Our uniqueness lies in high level communications, attention to detail and our ability to deliver to deadlines.  We are there for you – at the end of the phone, the computer or face-to-face, with no automated messages. 

 In A Box Services is a trusted team of experienced business leaders and accountants with real life experience of start ups and growing businesses;  for-profit and not-for-profit.
 
We help protect business leaders who are under pressure to deliver for boards, investors, funders and shareholders.  

Sally Higham

Managing Director

Always on your side, Sally brings energy and confidence to support you to move your business adventure forward with best business practice, investment, governance and growth strategies.

She is a senior business leader with a strong sense of social purpose; a strategist committed to supporting leaders of business start ups, fast-growing businesses, social housing, social projects and charities to grow, and with significant advisory relationships across the public, private and third sectors.

Sally is an experienced CEO, Social Housing, Advisory, Business and public Fund Chair and Board or Committee member - she guest lectures on entrepreneurship for University and start-up accelerator programmes, and is a regular conference speaker, panellist and awards judge.

Samantha Bland

Director

A huge advocate of driving growth in start ups and businesses, Sam's experience as an astute accountant along with her fresh thinking, positive energy and excellent communication skills, mean she is extremely well placed to work with you on your growth plans; installing compliant financial practices to support you as a leader.

At the same time she is always thinking and implementing innovative best practice technological solutions to support you and your team's work - a great person to have on your side!

Having worked alongside Sally for ten years, Sam leads our finance team to help you model and raise investment, support your back office finance functions and put processes in place to help scale any business.

Andrew Wilson

Advisor - Mentor - Leadership

Andrew has over thirty years in the IT industry as a results-focused CEO/Business leader with the last six years in cutting edge SaaS.

Andrew helps clients by driving strategic, financial, commercial and operational performance across a broad range of companies from start-ups and embryonic businesses, to re-energising large international enterprises.

Alongside Sally, Andrew provides critical mentoring and analysis of the needs of the leaders we support.

Jess Weston

Tax Expert

Jess has extensive experience and knowledge in tax and has worked with all business types and size.

She is also experienced in budgeting, management accounts and all other financial tasks.

Rachel Nouch

HR specialist

Experienced in senior operational roles with a strategic outlook, Rachel has strong commercial and project-based skills with extensive HR and ER experience to support your business leaders.

She will help you develop organisational objectives around people and their own development - and put the policies and procedures in place. Rachel will also drive TUPE transfers, data analytics and recruitment.

Jo Grant

Projects

Jo puts in place efficient, effective operational policies and processes. She works to understand your business needs, identify what will work well for your team and help implement best practice that will support your business to thrive and grow.

An experienced Senior Operations and Project Manager in Public, Private and Third Sector environments, Jo has worked with Sally for over 10 years..

Rob Summerfield

Creative

Every team needs a creative genius who sees through a problem to the deeper complexities that lie beneath, and then works out the journey through - like a cryptic puzzle.

Rob creates visual solutions - working through products, brochures, websites and documentation - whilst also ensuring the content flows and makes sense. Rob has worked with Sally and Sam for several years.

Daniella Woolford

Assistant

Daniella works with the rest of the team, supporting us in our office and finance administration.
